"I have been working out for 2 years, main goal was to gain bigger glutes. The first 2 years I had some results, but not the kind I wanted. I slacked off earlier this year, and in the past month I have started training again. This time around, I am training a little different. I am focusing on mind to muscle connection, really trying hard to focus on contracting the muscle, and using my GLUTES in the exercise, not my legs, core or back, etc. I had to go down in weights for most my exercises. I realized that before I could MOVE the weights, but I wasn't really WORKING my muscles that I wanted.
