main goal was to gain bigger glutes. The first 2 years I had some
results, but not the kind I wanted. I slacked off earlier this year,
and in the past month I have started training again.

This time around, I am training a little different. I am focusing on
mind to muscle connection, really trying hard to focus on contracting
the muscle, and using my GLUTES in the exercise, not my legs, core or
back, etc.

I had to go down in weights for most my exercises. I realized that
before I could MOVE the weights, but I wasn't really WORKING my
muscles that I wanted.

      You have to get your motivation back and the best to do it is to train regardless of what you think now,do it and you will not regret it and your motivation will come back
      plus you must bew honest to yourself and understand that it will take time to transform your body

    thanks! i’m thinking about giving working out a shot. i’m just tired of having a straight figure and no shape now. i don’t even go to the mall and shop for clothes because i know that every time i go try everything i picked out on and have to look in the mirror, i never like what i see. i’m just entirely too skinny to me. but i’m going to give it another shot!

    I’m 5′ 1″, I weigh 115 and my measurements are 36, 23, 38.
    After high school i didn’t continue playing sport or workout like I use to, college made me busy.
    So I’m not as curvy anymore and I want the curves back.
    I don’t want to gain weight to the point that I do not look right (because of my height).
    I’m looking for curves like yours, Coco Austin, Buffy the Body, etc!
    You look great! I’m going to try and use your advice or your custom plan.

    HI!         Yes, oinline coaching and 4 weeks customized workout plans works almost the same,the difference is that from online coahcing you will have all my support and you will also have a design workout schedule customized after your goals and body. only 4 weeks customized plan will also gives you a customized plan after your goal and body but without my support

    I was in swim my freshman and sophomore year, it caused my shoulders to grow wide not very wide but noticably wider I want to get my hips to expand a bit more so they can be proportional to my shoulders any advice?

        To you girls…

        It depends on how you distribute your fat when you gain weight, for example, if some one gain a lot of fat on their butts and working out,they will have both fat and muscles and also a lot more bigger butts than those who does not gain too much fat on their butts

        the girl ate for 3000 cals per day

      Yes, black people have the genes for both muscles and fat in their butts, so of course they will have better results if they have that luck.
      Not all black have big butts,but the majority has it

    Hi there, i am very iterested in your online coaching but i hve a few questions. first, i seem to have a “cone” shaped body, because i had too many kids too soon (3 pregnacies in 6 yrs) i gained most of m weight on my shoulders, arms, back and waist. the way i measure is under my breasts my waist then my hips, i dont my shoulders. so i would be 36-33-41 my shoulders are probably 43. i was wondering if there ws a way i can become an hourglass?? what can i do about my upper body??

    Looking through your website, I feel a lot better about myself and I feel that “Yeah! I can do it!!” My measurements are 41 – 32 – 42 but I have wide shoulders so I want to be curvier around my hips and it looks like it’s possible!! How much do you charge for custom plans and whatnot? And do you have any other work outs that minimize shoulders aside from the shoulder pull back one?

    Sorry, but you have to realize that your question is not the smartest.

    It has to do with the light of course.this happens to everyone depending on what room you stand in, if you had daylight from sun or not.

    Instead of saying that everything is fake, do yourself a favor and start working out HARD instead and I promise you that you will get good results as well

    Hi lo,
    I dont know you at all but I’ve spent all weekend looking at your site, hats off to you girl for all the hard work you’ve put into this site and your body is SLAMMING! I think it’s such an awesome thing you’re doing for all of us :DD. I’ve shown this site to a few people(long story) and let’s just say we have some hardcore doubters! Ahhhhhh the motivation in the air. Anyhow the bet is between me and another girl we are both Los Angeles models with similar body/booty types :) she’ll be working with a trainer(who thinks you can only tighten and shape not add inches) there will be “weigh ins” in between the 6month period and plenty of events in between to check each other out ;) so hopefully you’ll adopt me for at LEAST 6 months haha

    I just would like to say that after months n even over a year I believe, I have never seen a better site for insights on how women can get curvier❕im naturally very slim but i do gain muscle very easily as well. I just lose weight very rapidly.truly bless your soul cause you are helping out so many people☺ I will be sure to spread the word when I can. I am very young (about to graduate & head to college) n I am very serious about staying in shape. In the future, I’m planning on purchasing ur more personal workout plans n I’ve literally read almost everything your site has to offer on trying to get a bigger bum. The only question I have is, if I STRICTLY follow all of your guidlines and beginner workouts you have here online free, will I still b able to see just as good or very similar results To the clients u have before n after pictures of up on this site?       Yes, you could still get good results after the free workout plans, perhaps even better than the free ones because I will design it for you
      But I would absolutely recommend you to try those free exercise plans first, just to see how you feel about them and also if you can keep up with them and do them strict without skipping workouts now and then.

      I always want my clients to eat more food if they are trying to gain muscles fast, that is one of the key to get big.

    So over whelming to follow up on. I would be more confidant if I was sure I was doing it right so I don’t hurt myself, but you no longer do online coaching :( I gained weight(the right way) and it went straight to my ass :)))) the bad part, I’ve noticed it started going to my hips,stomach and face?! I can actually see ripples on my stomach! HELP! After the work outs all I feel are knees and low back throbbing :(

      I do customized workout plans that are design for each individual.

      When you gain fat you wont gain in just one place, so now if you gain even more you see it in your hips,stomach and face as well, the only thing you need to do is to lose the fat.

    Wow, thank you so very very much for this LO, I think you are a great inspiration to many. I have to try some of your regimes. I myself talk about increasing your butt & your breasts naturally on my blog and ebook, but you have dedicated your blog solely to it and I love that, it’s fantastic. Also you have gained amazing results. It has taken me 2 years, but I have gained 4 inches on my butt and 3 inches on my bust. Body transformation can really be fun, but you do have to keep up the motivation otherwise it goes down the pan slightly, I will be following your regimes in hope to gain a couple more inches, my goal in 40″. You have given me so much hope and have helped changed my life for the better. I use to be “fluffy” in middle school and lost lots of weight but still I would have muffin tops on my jeans (now in college) and it wasn’t until I started your personal workout that my muffin top (september) has gone and I am new working on getting that bigger butt and I have total faith in the personal workout (look forward to buying more) and working on doing the work myself (have to go hard!) and cannot wait to see what eating healthier and actually for the first time weight training and taking care of my body and working towards making myself feel more beautiful. :) Thank you so much as well as being there for us to answer any of our questions and for this site!     Sorry, one more question…..I just read your article about running and how it does NOT help you gain muscle. What about using an elliptical? Will that help you gain muscle? And thank you for taking the time to reply to my comments. :P I hope to have a hot bod like your by spring time. Lol.

      hi pinky,

      If you want to gain bot muscles and fat, make sure to eat more calories than you burn, say.. 500 cals extra per day

    It would be lovely if you helped direct me to a few custom workouts! I have a perky butt FROM THE SIDE VIEW buuuut it looks awkward and caved in from the back!!! Like I have hollows where my hips SHOULD be. On top of this I have broad shoulders so all my fat is accumulated there. I am generally thin, have a small waist, acerage bust, 5’4 and am 16. Like most girls my age I am very insecure about my body, but not for the fear of being “fat” but much rather the lack of feminism to my body. It’s so awkward and…shapeless. I’m basically an inverted triangle but would like to somewhat shift to an hourglass figure if possible?? I also want less fat around my shoulders…

    Hi Lo

    Is it true that in order to increase you hip and butt size you need to do Heavy weight about 4-6 reps per set. On your site you say to do 15-20 reps per set but wouldnt that mean that the weight is not heavy enough to increase your butt all that much. I see your before and after pics and Love them, but im just curious, did you achieve the butt increase by doing that many reps per set. Ive read online that the weight should be so heavy that you can only do under 10 reps. Thanks :) I love you site!

      Tash,

      It depends on your fitness level, beginners should always start out with 15-20 reps,at least the first 2 months to let your body get use to movements and the weights

        Maca root is a healthy herb that can be beneficial to weight training,but no drastic results. I don’t use it though

    I’m 17 years old and I’ve been working out for a year now and I don’t see much results, just a little. How do I get a bigger butt with more results? Do I need more fat to gain more muscle??? do bigger muscles depend on how much fat/meat you have on your butt?
