Can you get bigger boobs from working out?
Well, not real big breast, but you can train your chest muscles so your bust will look and feel firmer and a slight bit bigger(if you also keep your fat on your body)
If you train your chest muscles, they will appear bigger and you will have a better posture that will give your bust a nice look.
but with all muscles, it takes time to gain them, and chest muscles are not that easy to build either,so you have to be patient
If you really have big and saggy breasts, no exercise can help you with your saggy bust, thee only thing that will help is surgery
Is there any pills I can use to increase my bust?
There are plenty of bust pills out there that claims to increase your bust with a few cup sizes,those pills contains phytoestrogenes to help add more fat in a more feminine way.I don’t personally suggest pills because I don’t want to take that responsibility if something goes wrong and you will develop breast cancer or other complications.so you have to ask someone else about that.but there are girls that have seen results from that.and if you want to take pills,it is your choice and I respect that, I have tried pills myself long time ago, so I don’t judge :-D but without any results.
Here is what you can do for better and perhaps a little bit tighter skin on your breasts
Dry brush, dry brushing helps to remove dead skin cells and help increase blood cilculation,so your skin will have a better skin condition and that also means better and more elastic,smooth,tighter skin,and do you should start brushing from your feet in circles and all the way up to your neck and arms, you can do a little bit more on your chest to give it more work,when you dry brush you must brush pretty rough not that rouge that will give you marks but you should be a bit read.

And you should dry brush for 5-15 minutes EVERY day before you take a shower, you can do it in the morning or in the evening
and when you shower,what I want you to do before you get up and dry yourself, turn on really cold water for about 30 seconds and shower all over your body
and right after that use pretty warm water(not so you get Burned!!) for 30 sec and then do this circle about 4 times or more, and you must always end with cold water! this will really help you with better blood circulation.
After your shower ALWAYS use a good body lotion,use one with Vitamin E,,or you can use one with collagen ,or a good firming lotion
And massage the lotion pretty hard,and you can massage the breast a bit more,you can massage your breast for 5-10 minutes another time during the day to get
extra boost and faster results.
